High Level Overview: The Portland Xpress project consisted of an expansion of the Westbrook Compressor Station, including ESD power gas skid, heat exchanger, cooler and a filter separator. The extension at the Eliot compressor station consisted of installing a new Centaur 50 with all associated ancillary equipment and electrical components. The Dracut Meter station consisted of installing an RTU/Gas control building; Gas Chromatograph and 50KVA Generator.
