LMC’s Safety Policy is to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all
employees, subcontractors and guests at our facilities and on our
construction sites by:
- Complying with all federal, state and local safety requirements;
- Using sound judgment, common sense and safe practices;
- Protecting the public from the hazards associated with our activities.
A safe environment on any construction site or manufacturing facility is the
result of the efforts by everyone from the laborer to the president. Each
person is held accountable for their safety and the safety of their
co-workers. Compliance with our safety policy is a condition of employment
and a condition of our subcontractors.
Safety training plays a major role in safety at LMC and is a natural part of
our culture. LMC’s attention to safety has led to our excellent safety
record, which provides a competitive edge with our customers.
Our Quality Policy is simple:
Our goal is to build quality into our products that exceed our customers’ requirements allowing them to recognize LMC as leaders in total quality satisfaction. Our full time Welding Engineer ensures that weld specifications are adhered to and continuity of our tradesmen qualifications are maintained in order to satisfy our code requirements. We also have implemented a Quality Control Plan which, when required, is tailored to specific customer requirements for control and chain of custody.
